INFORMATION FOR ALL STALLHOLDERS
All stallholders are responsible for their own sales, personal conduct, and own property whilst onsite.
Disposal of own rubbish. Please do not use the Elim bins.
Ensure all goods for sale are cleaned, in good selling condition, with no damage, rips or stains.
Ensure all electrical appliances work and that they come complete with accessories needed to fully function, such as remotes for DVD players, accessories for food processors, correct plug-in cords, etc.
Check that all cases have the correct DVD/CD/game inside
Must complete a Food Registration form before selling food (more information below).
SET UP TIMES
Sellers arrival and set up: 6.30am - 7.00am
Pack up starts from 11.45am
Must stay until 12.00 pm (The only exception is the Early Exit Fee that applies.)
IMPORTANT: ARRIVAL TIME IS 6.30AM. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE SOONER.
As a team, we have a lot to set up. We need all this time uninterrupted. Thanks.
NOTE: If you don't have a printer, your local library should be able to print for you.
